Simvia conserve l'historique des certificats, indiquant leur période de validité et les produits concernés. Même après l'expiration ou le renouvellement d'un certificat, cet historique reste accessible à des fins d'audit et de vérification de la conformité.
Le système peut-il récupérer automatiquement les certificats à partir des bases de données ?
Oui, le système est directement intégré aux principales bases de données de certification, notamment Global GAP, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, Traces (pour l'agriculture biologique européenne) et autres. Une fois l'identifiant unique saisi (GGN, code du site, etc.), le système génère et met à jour automatiquement les certificats quotidiennement, sans intervention du fournisseur.
