A cosa serve il modulo di analisi di laboratorio?

Il modulo di analisi di laboratorio ti aiuta a raccogliere, gestire e analizzare in modo strutturato i risultati dei test di laboratorio dei tuoi fornitori. Invece di gestire manualmente centinaia di referti di laboratorio in Excel o su carta, il modulo offre un sistema centralizzato per caricare i risultati, estrarre i dati chiave, monitorare la conformità ai requisiti del cliente e ottenere informazioni dettagliate tramite dashboard e grafici.

Come funziona il modulo di analisi di laboratorio?

È possibile caricare nel sistema i documenti relativi alle analisi di laboratorio (analisi dei residui, test microbiologici, metalli pesanti, certificati di autenticità, ecc.). Per i laboratori con cui siamo direttamente integrati, il sistema estrae automaticamente tutti i metadati, inclusi i principi attivi, le percentuali dei limiti massimi di residui (LMR), i risultati dei test e lo stato di conformità. Per gli altri laboratori, è possibile inserire manualmente i campi principali dei metadati e il sistema consentirà quindi di filtrare, analizzare e creare report di conformità basati su questi dati strutturati.

Che tipo di analisi di laboratorio supporta il modulo?

Il modulo supporta tutte le principali tipologie di analisi di laboratorio, tra cui analisi dei residui di pesticidi, analisi microbiologiche (salmonella, listeria, e. coli), analisi dei metalli pesanti, analisi chimiche, test di autenticità (test del DNA per la verifica della specie), analisi nutrizionali e analisi dei contaminanti. È possibile definire diversi tipi di documento per ciascuna categoria di analisi, in modo da mantenerli organizzati.

Con quali laboratori si integra automaticamente Agriplace?

Attualmente disponiamo di integrazioni API dirette con Eurofins LZV (Paesi Bassi) e Groen Agro Control (Paesi Bassi). Per questi laboratori, il sistema riceve automaticamente i risultati ed estrae tutti i metadati senza necessità di inserimento manuale. Stiamo valutando ulteriori integrazioni con altri laboratori, tra cui SGS e altri database regionali di Eurofins, ma poiché ogni laboratorio ha una struttura di database diversa, l'integrazione risulta complessa.
