Before Simvia
Before Simvia, Unlimited Group’s compliance management was fragmented, and handled manually, with each business unit tracking its own documents. Managing such diverse information across multiple divisions would be overwhelming without a centralised platform. Simvia gives Judith the tools to maintain control and visibility:
“Most of them used Excel sheets,” Judith recalls.
“Now, when we get due diligence requests from customers, we have to show which producers are involved and the validity of the documents. I just pull that from Simvia.”

“I export all the information I need — without having to open every single document to check the dates.”
