  • Data related to your use of the Agriplace platform, such as IP address, operating system, and browser version.

If you believe that your data has not been processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy or Dutch data protection laws, you can submit a complaint to us. Additionally, you may file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in The Hague.

We store your data on secure servers owned by Agriplace or a third party. While we implement robust procedures to prevent unauthorized access, please be aware that transmitting data over the internet is never completely secure. You submit data at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss or unlawful processing. These measures are designed to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks and the nature of the data we handle. We document these measures and ensure they comply with Dutch data protection laws, including the GDPR.

Data storage & deletion 

We will delete or block your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected. However, we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our contractual agreements.
