How does the system handle suppliers and prevent duplicates?
On the supplier record in Simvia we store your internal supplier ERP identifier. This identifier is used to match suppliers between systems. This ensures seamless synchronisation and prevents duplication.
Can Simvia integrate with our ERP system?
Yes. Simvia has a public API that allows bi-directional integration with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, and others. You can automatically sync supplier data, push compliance information back to your ERP, and trigger automatic requests when new suppliers are added to your system.
What data can be pushed to our ERP?
Supplier data, including contact details and supplier identifiers, supply chain relations, product data, documents and their metadata, and compliance data like certificate validity can all be pushed to your ERP.
