Frequently asked questions

How is Simvia priced?

Pricing is based on three factors: the number of active organisations (suppliers) you track, the number of active products/articles you manage, and the number of users. The pricing works on a tiered scale - the more suppliers and products you have, the lower the per-unit cost. One user is always included in the base price.

Can simvia integrate with our ERP system?

Yes, Simvia has a public API that can integrate with various ERP systems including SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and custom-built systems. The integration can synchronise supplier data, push compliance status, and automate supplier creation.

How do we share information with customers or auditors?

You can download documents individually or in bulk, share them via email directly from the platform, or export compliance overviews to Excel. During audits, auditors can log in with you to view documents in real-time, or you can provide exported reports.

Do suppliers need to create an account to share information?

No. Suppliers do not need to create an account or log in to share information with you. They receive an email with a unique link to a supplier portal where they can upload documents without any registration. However, if a supplier works with multiple Agriplace customers, they can optionally create a free account to upload documents once and share them with multiple buyers, which saves them time.

What are the onboarding costs?

Onboarding includes three one-hour training sessions, importing your supplier and product data, and importing existing documents. For 200 suppliers, typical onboarding costs are around 500 euros for training and support, 500 euros for supplier import, and 1,100 euros for document import - approximately 2,100 euros total as a one-time fee.
