Frequently asked questions from the market

What does the lab analysis module do?

The lab analysis module helps you collect, manage, and analyse laboratory test results from your suppliers in a structured way. Instead of managing hundreds of lab reports manually in Excel or on paper, the module provides a centralised system to upload results, extract key data, track compliance against customer requirements, and create insights through dashboards and graphs.

How does the lab analysis module work?

You upload lab analysis documents (residue analysis, microbiological tests, heavy metals, authenticity reports, etc.) into the system. For labs we're directly integrated with, the system automatically extracts all metadata including active substances, MRL percentages, test results, and compliance status. For other labs, you can manually input the key metadata fields, and the system then allows you to filter, analyse, and create compliance reports based on this structured data.

What types of lab analyses does the module support?

The module supports all major types of laboratory analyses including pesticide residue analysis, microbiological analysis (salmonella, listeria, e.coli), heavy metals testing, chemical analysis, authenticity testing (DNA testing for species verification), nutritional analysis, and contaminants analysis. You can define different document types for each analysis category to keep them organised.

Which labs does Agriplace integrate with automatically?

We currently have direct API integrations with Eurofins LZV (Netherlands) and Groen Agro Control (Netherlands). For these labs, the system automatically receives results and extracts all metadata without manual data entry. We're exploring additional lab integrations including SGS and other regional Eurofins databases, but each lab has different database structures which makes integration complex.
