Yes, the AI automatically extracts key data from product specifications including: product name, supplier codes, allergens, complete ingredient lists, and nutritional values. Simvia shows you exactly where in the document each piece of data was extracted from for verification purposes.
How does the system notify me when certificates are about to expire?
Simvia preserves historical certificate data, showing when certificates are valid and for which products. Even after a certificate expires or is renewed, the historical record remains accessible for audit trails and compliance verification.
Can the system automatically retrieve certificates from databases?
Yes, the system has direct integrations with major certification databases including Global GAP, BRC, IFS, FSSC 22000, Traces (for EU organic), and others. Once you input the unique identifier (GGN, site code, etc.), the system automatically generates and updates certificates daily without requiring supplier action.
Can we customise the documents we request?
